How to Join a Group/Gang? (The New Trend at School)

As you might know , there are many kinds of groups at school . One would be what people call the gedik group ( girls who are interested in fashion , style , the latest stuff and flirting with guys ... these kind are usually very pretty ) ...i'm not saying that if you are interested in fashion ..it means you are gedik . The second kind is the gossip group ( girls who obviously love to gossip , always talk about guys ) . The third common kind of group is the little girls group ( girls who look innocent , talk innocent but isn't innocent ....and they like to play ....like always ...and shout and jump all the time )

Did I miss any ? Oh , ya ! There's one more kind of group ..the ' don't ya try to mess with us ' . This group usually consist of 5 or more members or maybe 3 . This is the group which almost everyone is scared of . They have the looks and attitude . They are the kind who loves to break the rules . If you mess with one of the group members , the whole group will come after you . Warning : Don't ever mess with this kind of group !

Usually , groups have a person that they hate . That the whole group hates . In order to join the group , you MUST also hate that person eventhough that person could be your best friend . In order to keep conversations going in a group , they gossip . Mostly about students . About how that girl dresses , how she laughs and blah ....blah . Why ? Just for the fun of it . Because they think that its soooo funny talking about other people's flaws and mistakes .

I'm not saying I don't gossip at all . I'm trying to gossip less cause I realized that it doesn't bring any benefits . I used to gossip a lot ! But since now , I don't often gossip . I don't have a group . Is it important to have a group at school . Kononnya ...the friends that you can 'click' with . At the end of the day , you'll find out the real reason why you can 'click' with them because ...all of you gossip !!!!!!!! It's so fun talking bad stuff about people and not looking at yourself , eh ? I know why people gossip cause I was one them before . When you gossip ....you'll feel good about yourself . I'll give you an example :

You : Guyz ...look at that girl over there ! She's really fat ! I bet any chairs she sits on will break !
..the whole group agrees and starts laughing ...

By saying that , you feel better . Why ? Cause you are not fat .... cause you don't have ugly teeth like the other girl and the list goes on and on . When you gossip about other people , you don't often look at yourself first . At the end of the day , you'll just the same as the other girl . People who usually talks bad stuff about other people's physical looks are not satisfied with how they look . They think they are not pretty enough and blah ...blah ...blah . They cannot accept the way they look . Why ? Just because someone says so . At the end of the day , what really matters is not what other people think about us but what we think about ourselves . If you think you are ugly , you are . If you think you are beautiful , you are . Don't care what the heck people says about you . You wore a beautiful dress for yourself , not for other people .

Having a big butt , not so perfect teeth , too much flabs , too dark , too fair and blah ...blah . Just because of that you are ugly ? No ! The Bible did not say so . We are all equal in the sight of God . No one is more prettier or more better . Each person is unique in their own way and at the same time , same . We are all humans .

So , people . Listen up ! Stop those gossips and nonsense . Before you say anything about other people , look at yourself first . If people say any bad stuff about how you look . Just tell them : Thank you for your compliment ! I'm glad I have ( not so perfect teeth / big butt / big nose ...+++ ) At least , I'm unique ! For your information , no one is perfect !

If you still think you are ugly and all that kind of nonsense . Let me tell you again ! You are just perfect the way you are ! Don't let anything change you ! Because that is what makes you who you are . If you think that no one loves and cares about you , just remember this one thing . God does . Loves and cares about you !

....no one is perfect yet everyone is unique ....

Mainstream Music vs Christian Music?

What is mainstream music actually ? The ones that we often hear at the radio ? People like Avril , Chris Brown , +++ sings mainstream music . Most of the 'mainstream music' that we hear nowadays are about one thing and I think you know what it is . What is so great about 'mainstream music' ? All the 'mainstream artists' just wants the fame and fortune . Ya , they want to sing cause they have the passion and they got the talent.

Even Christian artists have talents but there is a big difference between Christian artists and 'Mainstream artists' . Christian artists sing for the Glory of God while the other sings for the glory of themselves .

What is so great about 'mainstream music' ? It's all about 'love' , money and blah blah . Worldly stuff that would not last forever or in another words ...desires of the flesh . While Christian music is about love ..pure love ..love that is everlasting ...about Jesus and how much He loves us . I'll name a few such as the Planet Shakers and Hillsong and Chris Tomlin . They sing for the Glory of God .

Nick Vujicic . A guy without hands and legs . Yet he is grateful for what he has . We normal humans suffer more than him . Why ? Because most of us are just not grateful for what we have . We think we are not beautiful ..that we are ugly and all those sorts of stuff . But the Bible did not say that . It didn't say having many pimples means you are ugly . We are all equal in the sight of the Lord .

No matter what you are going through , I just want you to know that you are not alone . That God is with you . Every step you take , God will guide you . When you fall and make mistakes , people will leave but God will never leave nor forsake you .

Diary : Jalan-jalan , Cari Makan

Bored . Nothing to do .... Okay , actually I have tons of work to do . I have to study for my upcoming exam that is on October 30 2008 . I studied till : Sejarah 6/11 topics , Geografi 8/16 , Maths : Done :) , Science 3/7 , KH 1/9 ???

You must think I'm crazy . Exams is coming soon less than 2 weeks and I'm sitting at my computer writing crap . But I really don't have any mood to study . It can be kind of boring 'sometimes' ...

Today has been a very busy day . Going to ' rumah terbuka ' for ' Hari Raya ' . Going from house to house . This morning , I woke up at 10 am . Watching cartoon at tv . Just at the time I wanted to take a shower , the electricity went off ! Luckily , it wasn't at night . If not , it can be kind of scary . Bathing in the dark toilet . It'll be even scarier if you have a very big mirror in your bathroom ! ...scary ...

Then , I went to Restoran Yusram Thai . The food was okay but we got RM3 duit raya , a magazine , two books and a key chain . So I was happy :) Later on , my friend and I wen to another's friend house . The food there was superb ! Rendang , lemang and curry :) ..sedapnyee ... . We got RM 5 as ang pau :)

The third place was my Moral teacher's house . There were so many people ! One group goes , another group comes . Ya , they had a lot of delicious food . But ...hmmm...sedehnya .The last one was my friend's house . It wasn't actually open but we went there just to visit . We ate some cookies :)

At last , I reached home at 7.05 pm . Half day , visiting houses . :) Now : Doing nothing . I have no idea why I feel my bones are ' rapuh ' . As if , it's going to break any time .Anyway , my story of 'Jalan-jalan , cari makan ' ends here . If you want to go to any open houses next year , just give me a call : 35554677-078-776 43 231 . Preparation time : A lifetime

Ingredients

3 cups of love
1 cup of kindness
1 handful of hard times
1 teaspoon of goodwill
1 teaspoon of patience
1 liter of prayers for mixing smiles to taste

Method

1 . First , pour in three cups of love and a cup of kindness . Mix and taste .
2. If the mixture tastes too sweet , add some hard times .
3. If too many stones form , add a teaspoon of goodwill and a tablespoon of patience .

Waiting For A Miracle ( Short Story )

I never thought that I would be here . Everything I had , I lost . All in an blink of an eye . The tragedy that took my loved ones away .Leaving me all alone . All by myself .

The voice of my History teacher woke me up and brought me back to the present .

" Marie , what were you dreaming about ? Your boyfriend ? " shouted Mr.Farid .

I stood there silently without an answer as he look at me straight into my eyes . He was holding a long 'rotan' waiting for my answer for the previous history question . I could already feel myself sweating . I knew it was coming and it did . I shouted in pain . Both of my palms was reddish turning blue .

Everyone in the class was silently laughing at my stupidity . All of them except for my close friend , Sheila . She was giving me a signal . Telling me that everything was going to be fine . ]

No one in the class really understands me except for Sheila . She's just like me . An alien . No one really cares or loves us . To them , we are just some people who have lost their families . It stops till there .

If you were wondering if we ever had the wanting of a real family , of course we have . We want a real family. To feel some love and care but we knew it was impossible . You can never bring the dead to live . The dead will always stay dead .

I knew deep down in my hear , I wanted something . Something or someone who could fill the emptiness in my heart . My life . I want my family back . I want to live in the past . All I wanted was the impossible . I dream the impossible . Things that will always remain as dreams .

Back then , I was waiting . I am still waiting . I am waiting for a miracle .

Just Trying Too Hard by Little Kat

...just a little sneak peek ( did i spell that correctly ? ) of the story i'm writing ... =)



Prologue ….

Sometimes , when you’re sitting on the chair out of the garden thinking of something . You don’t actually realize that time flies .When you are just starting a new year , another new year is about to come . It sounds weird and strange in a way but it’s true . Don’t you agree ?

We usually keep ourselves busy with work , school and stuff and keep forgetting what really matters in our life . Family and friends especially . Those who we really care and love are those who which usually we abandon . Most of the time , life’s fears get the better of us . You get what I mean ?

We are scared of a lot of stuff . Our fears . We are worried about how people look at us and what they think about us ? We’re scared they’ll realized that we actually have flaws when we seem so perfect . Until at one point , the fear is nothing more but ourselves .

I’m not trying to be an expert or anything . It’s just how I feel and I’m sure sometimes you feel like that too . Just trying too hard . It happens to all of us . Everyone . No one is singled out in this matter . Even the celebrities and the all-time super stars face this . The bitchy people who seem so evil even worries about this stuff ! Imagine !? Top super stars that get like fifty thousand a month or maybe a week worries about this little stuff ?

There’s nothing to be ashamed . All of us are the same . Each of us have flaws either in or out . They say flaws make us ‘ ugly’ or maybe ‘ not perfect . Who is ? But flaws are the ones that make us perfect in a way . We think about the negative part of ourselves so much that we forget our positive side . About why people like us ? Why people always want to be with us ? There must be a hidden something inside of us . Something special that no one else have . Something that makes people attracted to us . Not in the ‘ boy-girl’ way but in a ‘friend-friend’ way . Maybe one day someone just have to wake us up and tell us ‘ Hey , everything’s fine ! You’re perfect just the way you are !”

If you are reading this , I personally want to tell that you are perfect the way you . You don’t have to change just because someone wants you to . In the end , the real you is all that matters . The you that people really treasures .

Sometimes , people will just tease you and call you names and suck you in a hole . Hidden from the world . You must always know that in life, that kind of things happen and there are also people who will be there to guide you . When you are walking the road , you take a look back and you’ll see someone smiling at you . Sort of a way telling you that you’re not alone . Learn from the past and take a step forward . Don’t fall down and give up instead stand up again and walk up straight . If you fall again , get up again .

Diary : Time Really Flies

Hello , everyone ! Today I'm so happy ! It's my last day of exam ..my mid-year exam and then it'll be da holidays !!! Yahoooo !!!

I'll be going to two places during the holidays ! Universiti Malaya and also my church camp ! I'm so happy ! =) Actually , it's kind of weird to know how time passes so fast ! January , my first day to school and now it's already going to be June . In another six months more , it will be 2009 ! Which that 6 months would actually feel like 6 days ...hahaha ...

I think I would spend by holidays by writing my story . My latest teen story that's I'm currently working on ...hahaha.... And ya , I'll be posting a little bit of my story in my next post =)

Rich , Poor to A Lucky Man

There one was a kind and rich man in the village . He always help poor people until they had enough money to buy a mini house to stay . They said to the rich man " Pak Tolong , you've help us so much . When you are in trouble , we will help you . The rich man's name was Pak Tolong that is why he like to help .

The pooerpeople help Pak Tolong when he was in trouble . All the villagers like Pak Tolong . One unlucky day , Pak Tolong went bankrap ( manglish ...) He had to sell his house to other people so he took out some things from his house . His bank was only 200 dolars but in his piggy bank was at least 1,000 . He took all the money from his house and bank .

So Pak Tolong started finding a place . He soon found a place that is on the pavement of the road . Eventhough he is poor , he was happy that he can be still alive till this day now . Because he is in his 70's that is 75 years old . Suddenly , some people pass by and they some money to Pak Tolong and the people is who Pak Tolong helped ...

The next morningat about 8 a.m. , Pak Tolong woke up . When he went out , he was shocked to see a big lory in front of him . He said to the driver " Why did you bring this lorry here ? " . The driver answered " I came here with this lorry to help you put your things in the lorry because your best friend of Encik Kamal Jon wanted you to stay with him . " Ok then . "

At 10 a.m , they reach Encik Kamal's house . And then , Encik Kamal came out and said to Pak Tolong " Sorry , because you must stay outside in the garden . But better right ? " Of courselah better . " Pak Tolong answered . ( okay ....this part kinda don't make sense ...hehe ..)

The Mouse and The Good Tiger

..it's a very funiiii ..( no sense ) story .....a lot of grammar mistakes ..hehe....i was small !

While Mrs.Mouse was walking . She saw Mr.Tiger . " Hi , Mr.Tiger ! " said Mrs.Mouse . " Hi, little mouse ! " Mr.Tiger answered .

Mrs.Mouse asked " How are you ? " Are you well already ? " Mr.Tiger answered . " I am fine . By the way ,I'm already well . Mrs.Mouse , my real name is Tiger Arinona Lin Choow .

" What a beautiful name " said Mrs.Mouse . Mr.Tiger said " Oh ! Thank you ! Actually Arinona means fight against evil and Lin Choow means be good .

" What do you eat ? " asked Mrs.Mouse . " I only eat vegetables , grass and fruits " answered Mr.Tiger . Mrs.Mouse asked " Don't you eat meat ? " . " No , I don't cause I'm half human " answered Mr.Tiger . ( ..yeah ..go on and laugh ! )

While the tiger is almost going off . Mrs.Mouse asked " Wait ! Mr.Tiger ! What did you mean ? "
Then . Mr.Tiger turned bacl to explain . " Mrs.Mouse . It is about when I was a human . Suddenly , a bad witch cast a spell on me and I became a tiger . That is why I'm called half-human . I came to this forest because I don't want to scare my friends and family , you see . But the witch once told me to find a person . The person is Minos the good girl . That is the only person I can hold too . She can break the spell you see . She is a tiger too . If she breaks my spell , then she be free too . So I need to go ." The tiger went off .

Then suddenly , he saw Minos . " Minos ! Wait ! " Lin Choow called up . Minos looked behind to see who is calling her name . " Yes ? " adked Minos .

" Minos , can you help me ? " . " Ok " . said Minos . " Can you break the spell on me ? I'm just like you . " Ok " .

Then Minos and Lin Choow did the ceremony .

' Boom , bomm . The witch .
Make us change ,
Back to our normal shape ,
And we will never be cursed again ,
Boon ! Boon ! The witch !


And then Minos and Lin Choow became humans back

Hello , people ! It's me again . I'm so sorry because I didn't posted anything lately . I was very busy escpially with school . So it was their 7th month anniversery and the girl calls her boyfriend

- Boy:Yeah I know everyone does!-
Girl:Really?- Boy:Yeah...everyone of my friends that are girls tell me that everyday.- Girl:Oh...but am I only your friend?-
Boy:No...you're my girlfriend...why?-
Girl:So when I say I love you I really do mean it.-
Boy:Yeah I know you do mean it...its just that you dont need to tell me that you love me anymore cuz I know you love me since the day we been together and i love you more each and everyday.-

Diary : My Life in the Holidays

Hey , everyone ! Katherine's here ! I'm just going to tell you about me and my life !
First and foremost , as you know ... this year will be my first year to secondary school . I used to be in 1 Putra but now I'll be changing to 1 Perdana ! :)

As on the weekdays , my life is a rush ! Going back and forth to school . Since my school is at afternoon , there will be many activities held in the morning . And when I reach home , I'll be exsausted ! I guess that's a student's life , yeah .

I have more rest on the weekends . As weekends is the time to relax !!! Shopping , sleeping and all ... On Sundays , I go to church :) I am very happy I have reached 13 this year cause I'm officially in the church youth !

I went to a camp at Tapah last year :) It was my first youth camp and it was very fun ! We went for night hiking in the rain and I terkena one small little leech ...hehe...very cute !!! Some of my friends also terkena but they're more unlucky cause sometimes the leech bit can bleed for a few days ! We also went for stream trotting . Before reaching the waterfall , we went through the rivers . Very fun !!! My friends and I were splashing water at each other . Indeed it is a experience and one that I would never forget . Being there , I could forget all of my problems ...
On the last night , we had BBQ night ! :) It was very sad we had to leave that place :( This year , we would have our annual church camp that will be held around June that is around my b'day ! I just can't wait ....

I know it's just a start of a new year and the camp is 5 months from now ... but I'm already looking forward . Very excited ! Without realizing , it would already be June ! Cause time really flies . Sometimes , I think of my past , the first time I entered kindergarden ( when I was 4 ) and now I'm already 13 !

So , I guess we really have to cherish the time we have now before it slips out of our hands . So everyone , don't always think of your problems ! Just enjoy life !!!
