The Evilness of the Night (A Five Minute Poem)

Faded into the darkness of the night ,
The soul that keeps people living ,
The lonely spirit singing a song ,
Followed by the screams of the children .

Parents who fear ,
Close their windows ,
To protect their children ,
From the evilness of the night .

The time is now ,
When the full moon arises ,
You can see it in their eyes ,
Fear deep down .

The town is silent ,
No one dares to make a sound ,
The vampires are out ,
Looking for it's next victim .
